Refund policy

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your sweeper. If something isn't right, please contact us first and we'll sort it out quickly.

Change of mind

We do not accept returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully, and contact us before ordering if you'd like help picking the right sweeper for your lawn.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or isn't what you ordered, we'll repair, replace or refund it, and we'll cover the return freight.
- Please check your order when it arrives and let us know within 7 days of delivery if there's any problem, so we can resolve it promptly with the carrier and supplier.
- Include your order number and a photo of the issue.
- Please contact us before sending anything back so we can arrange the return.
- This doesn't limit your rights: your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply at all times, and faulty products are also covered by the 12-month manufacturer's warranty.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a further 3–5 business days to show the credit.

Warranty

Garland sweepers are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. See our Warranty page for what is covered and how to make a claim. The warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
