1. About us

This website, artificiallawnsweepers.com.au, is operated by Artificial Lawn Sweepers Australia, a business name of The Trustee for Gehan Family Trust, ABN 36 926 365 046, of Unit 6, 2 Belconnen Crescent, Brendale QLD 4500 ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and descriptions

We sell genuine Garland artificial turf sweepers, spare parts and accessories. We take care to describe our products accurately, including specifications, recommended lawn sizes and pictures. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen. If a product is not as described, please see our Refund Policy.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Shipping is calculated live at checkout based on the weight and size of your order and your delivery postcode, and is shown before you pay. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments and the other payment options displayed. We do not store your full card details.

4. Orders

When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. We may cancel an order and give you a full refund if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If this happens we will contact you as soon as possible.

5. Shipping and delivery

We deliver Australia-wide. Dispatch and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates provided by our couriers and may be affected by events outside our control.

6. Returns, refunds and warranty

Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Sweepers are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as described on our Warranty page. Warranty claims can be made by contacting us at support@artificiallawnsweepers.com.au.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and except for your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products. Please use products in line with the manufacturer's instructions.

9. Website use and content

The content on this website, including text, images and videos, belongs to us or is used with permission. Brand names such as Garland are the trademarks of their respective owners. You may not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

10. Privacy

We collect and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
