Shipping policy
Artificial Lawn Sweepers Australia ships all orders from our warehouse at Unit 6, 2 Belconnen Crescent, Brendale QLD 4500.
Where we deliver
We deliver to all Australian states and territories, including WA, NT and Tasmania. We do not currently ship internationally. Because some of our couriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or parcel lockers, please provide a street address.
Shipping costs
Our sweepers are large, heavy items, so shipping is calculated live at checkout based on the weight and size of your order and your delivery postcode. You will see the exact shipping cost before you pay — there are no hidden fees added later.
Dispatch times
In-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment (Monday to Friday, excluding Queensland public holidays). If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you with an expected dispatch date before sending your order, and you can choose to wait or receive a full refund.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:
- Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and other metro areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional areas, WA, NT and Tasmania: 5–10 business days
These are estimates from our couriers and can be affected by weather, peak periods or remote locations.
Tracking
When your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
Local pickup (Brisbane)
Free pickup is available from our Brendale warehouse Monday to Friday, 7am–3pm, by appointment only. Please call or message 0422 063 024 to arrange a time before coming in.
Damaged or missing deliveries
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged in transit, missing or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at support@artificiallawnsweepers.com.au with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
